This week marks the beginning of getting back to some routines, which I love to let go in July, but am ready to pick back up again in September. My kids started Grade 5 and Grade 8 and were surprisingly ready to get back to
it as well!

The Fall can get busy, but I hope that you are able to take some time out for yourself and get creative. I find that it is so good to just sit and make something tangible with your hands as a way to destress a bit.
