I hope you're having a good week! I had my monthly card class on Wednesday and we really had such a great time. It got me thinking again about how making time to be creative and do a little hobby with others can be so good for your heart.

Maybe put something on the calendar in the next few weeks for a crafty date with some friends, I promise it will be worth the effort!
